School Registration

User access
Control who can log in and what they can seePasswords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are never stored or shown here, not even to you. Set a temporary password when creating a login, then use "Send password reset" to let that person set their own.
My profile
Your own details, kept against your loginYour username, role, and which Fono Faavae you are assigned to are set by your admin and cannot be changed here. If any of that needs to change, contact your Fono Faavae's super admin.
System settings
Turn modules on or off, for one Fono Faavae or for every one of themOverview, Projects, Reports, and the Village Family Registry stay on for every Fono Faavae, these are the common core every district needs. The modules above can be switched on or off to match what a particular Fono Faavae actually needs, or applied everywhere at once by choosing "All Fono Faavae" above.
Activity log
Every login and every deletion, across all Fono Faavae, in one placeThis log updates live as it happens, it doesn't send you an email or a push alert yet. Checking this tab is currently the way to stay on top of it, an actual notification, like an email the moment something is deleted, would need a small addition on the backend beyond what a browser-only app can do by itself.
